Pawsitively Elgin Dog Festival! A pupper festival, doggo event, or a fur-kid party. Whatever you call it, your dog is going to feel like they’re a ROCK-STAR! Live entertainment, exhibitors, lure course, food, prizes, photo booth and tons of fun – something for the whole family. All proceeds to local area animal rescues!
